Justin comes from an IT staff augmentation background. In previous positions, Justin was a preferred staffing partner to companies such as Deloitte Consulting, KPMG, CapGemini, CSC, ExxonMobil, General Atomics, Lockheed Martin, and many others. Prior to his work in staff augmentation, Justin worked in the financial sector with US Bank. Justin will focus his efforts to bring quality opportunities for students in Masters of Science in Management Information Systems (MIS) and undergraduate majors in Finance and IDS fields of studies. Justin’s goal is to provide student with access to full-time positions that grow into a long term career.

Nicolas has worked at the University of Illinois at Chicago for the last 8 years initially serving as an Academic Advisor. Most recently, he worked as the Assistant Director of Undergraduate Programs for the College of Business Administration – managing and supervising a staff of 5 academic professionals – where he was charged with ensuring student satisfaction and continuity of service.

Nicolas looks forward to making a positive impact on campus in his new role. He will be forging new and maintaining previous relationships within the business community in an effort to secure more internship and full-time opportunities for our students in the Managerial Studies disciplines. He will strive to get our corporate partners and alumni back on campus to provide UIC Business students with insider knowledge and practical insight into the workplace. The Managerial Studies Engagement Team plans to provide quality, relevant career advising and programming to better prepare students for any and all opportunities on the horizon.

Nicolas has an intimate knowledge of the campus, UIC Business, and our students and is excited to represent our students and alumni to the Chicagoland business community.
