OCTOBER INFORMATION SESSIONS: To learn more about the UIC Liautaud Graduate School of Business Master’s degree programs, attend an information session. These sessions are the absolute best way to learn about UIC Liautaud. Our sessions begin with a short presentation followed by an open Q&A with current students and program personnel. ATTEND A WEBINAR: Can’t make it to an in-person info session? Attend a live webinar next Monday, October 15, at 12:30p central time. This session will be conducted in webinar format and will consist of a short presentation about UIC Liautaud Master degree programs and admissions process, followed by an open Q&A. The presenter and moderator of this event is the Director of Recruiting and Enrollment for the UIC Liautaud Graduate School of Business, Caroline La Torre. MBA MOCK CLASS: Bringing New Technologies to Market

How do you experience business school before enrolling? To provide a sense of what to expect, UIC Liautaud is hosting an MBA mock class Saturday, October 20. The class will feature a lecture by Professor Rod Shrader titled, “Bringing New Technology to Market.” Following his lecture, there will be an overview of the UIC Liautaud Technology Ventures program.

An introduction to Tech Ventures is the perfect peek into what makes UIC Liautaud so unique. As part of a large university, we have the ability to partner across disciplines and with UIC scientists whose inventions have commercial potential. Working with inventors and mentors from the business community, students develop and pitch their plans in competitions judged by venture capitalists, angel investors and industry partners from across North America.
