The paper by Özgür Arslan-Ayaydin, Clinical Assistant Professor of Finance, and Darold Barnum, Professor of Information and Decision Sciences, entitled “How is Moral Hazard Related to R&D and Innovations?” is accepted for presentation at the 34th annual MEEA meeting in conjunction with the Allied Social Science Association (ASSA), in Philadelphia January 3-6, 2014.
Anna S. Cui, assistant professor of marketing, presented her paper titled “Does Customer Co-development Results in Better Products? Alignment with Product Development Approaches” at the 35th INFORMS Marketing Science Conference in Istanbul on July 11, 2013.
Anthony M. Pagano, Associate Professor of Management and Director of the Center for Supply Chain Management and Logistics, presented a paper at the International Association of Maritime Economists (IAME) conference in Marseille, France on July 5. The paper is titled: “Impact of Privatization on Port Competitiveness: Results from US and Panama Ports.” Co-authors are Grace Wang from Texas A&M University at Galveston and Onesimo Sanchez and Ricardo Ungo from the Panama Canal. Pagano is also a member of the local organizing committee for the IAME conference in Norfolk, VA in 2014.
