IDS, management, and human resource management majors are invited to sign up for a new interdisciplinary course in HR Analytics Consulting. This course will provide a framework to apply analytical skills, HR knowledge, and business competencies gained from your coursework to complex real-world organizational challenges and will be a strong addition to your resume. In this experiential opportunity, students will work in cross-functional teams to complete unique consulting projects with well-known companies such as such as Caterpillar and Lockheed Martin, as well as leading start-ups.

The semester-long project will utilize qualitative and quantitative research methods to examine areas of management and HR concerns and will be team taught by experienced IDS and management faculty.
