UIC Business Career Center invites current students and recent alumni to the Business Career Fair this Wednesday at UIC Student Center East. This a great occasion for students to network with diverse employers and to get a jump start on internship and full-time opportunities.

The event is free for UIC graduate and undergraduate business students. No registration necessary. Students should take this career fair seriously and come prepared to meet with a potential employer. Here are some helpful tips on preparing for the career fair:
- Research companies that you would like to visit.
- Prepare and practice your 60 second elevator pitch.
- Dress for success – look sharp! Business attire is expected.
- Ask specific questions about the position and company. Don’t forget to ask for the employer’s business card.
- After the event, send thank you notes/emails to employers you meet at the fair.
